Bug0266 - Call Register issue

We have a CS1000 and are running a combination of analog, digital and IP phones. Mostly IP at this point. Lately, I have been seeing some bug0266 msgs. This happens frequently on one specific analog phone. For some reason, the phone gets "hung up" in a busy state. I have printed out the description of the bug, but it is very criptic. I have also done some searching on other web sites, but have not found an answer yet. We recently updated our patches, so are pretty current there. I have swapped out the phone, but no help. In my previous searches, I found that others have changed the TN and card, but no help there either.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. thanx, bj.

One end of the conversation hung up inapropriatly.

What kind of device is connected to that TN ?

Are there any special trunk terminating on this specific TN ?

Is it programmed as DID in the IDC table ?

Does it use CFW feature ?

HAve you tried to trace it in LD 80 ?
